yay. i just got my peavey predator (a stratocaster copy) returned to me after a bit of surgery on it. it's been turned fretless :)

the sound is a bit muffled, kind of bebop-jazzy, although the sustain is way better than I expected. but I don't mind that. it is tons of fun. the impression after two hours of playing with it: well worth the investment. really injected new life into an instrument I pretty much had forgotten I had.

let's hope it makes time pass faster until my dearest returns from america.
